IWF Oklahoma member Tricia L. Everest represented Oklahoma on the global stage this spring as a featured speaker at the 2026 IWF Cornerstone Conference in London, United Kingdom.

Nearly 750 women leaders from 41 countries gathered in London in May for the conference, themed "Tradition to Transformation." The program explored some of the most pressing issues facing leaders today, including geopolitical change, technology, mental health, higher education, financial innovation and justice reform.

Tricia, who serves as Secretary of Public Safety for the State of Oklahoma, participated in a plenary discussion focused on how leaders can ensure both safety and compassion within the justice system. She joined Olivia Rope, Executive Director of Penal Reform International, and Lady Unchained, an award-winning broadcaster, poet and justice reform advocate, for the global conversation.

Her participation brought an Oklahoma perspective to an international discussion about one of the most complex challenges facing communities around the world: how justice systems can protect public safety while also recognizing dignity, humanity and opportunities for positive change.
